This one will.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003ch3\u003eWhat is in the box\u003c\/h3\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eA C4 carving knife for the outside, a K8a\/14 gouge for hollowing the bowl, a pre-cut walnut kuksa blank, a leather strop with polishing compound, five sheets of sandpaper in assorted grits, cut-resistant tape, beeswax and mineral oil for finishing, a leather cord for the handle loop, a printed booklet and a video tutorial.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003ch3\u003eHollowing hardwood takes patience\u003c\/h3\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eThe gouge removes far less per cut in walnut than it would in soft wood, and the bowl is the majority of the work. Cut across the grain rather than along it, in short arcs, and expect several sittings rather than one.
