These are our largest and most demanding designs – 200 pieces and up, with the most intricate ornament we cut. They are not faster puzzles with more pieces; they are slower puzzles on purpose.
What you are signing up for
No straight edges anywhere. Patterning that repeats until colour sorting gives up entirely. Whimsy pieces that refuse to interlock and wait for their neighbours to hold them. This is the range for people who finished a mid-size design and caught themselves wishing it had lasted longer.
The reward at the end
At this scale the finished silhouette is a serious piece of wall decor – a full animal in laser-cut birch plywood, big enough to carry a wall on its own. Mount it with dry adhesive film, never liquid glue: plywood absorbs the moisture and warps, and the film flattens the laser relief.
