Refund policy
Right of withdrawal – 14 days. You may return any product without giving a reason within 14 days of the day you (or a person you designate) receive it. Contact us first at ; then return the product unused, in its original packaging, with your order number and name clearly visible, to:

Return shipping costs are at your charge. We refund the full order amount (including the original standard delivery cost) within 14 days of your withdrawal, using your original payment method. Products that have been used, assembled, damaged or returned incomplete cannot be refunded.
Defective or wrong item. If your product arrives with a defect or is not what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos. We will offer a replacement or a refund. In this case the return is at our expense: you advance the return postage and we reimburse it on presentation of the receipt.

Legal guarantees. Independently of this policy, you always benefit from the French legal guarantee of conformity (2 years from delivery – see the Terms of service) and the guarantee against hidden defects.
