About this product
Four houses in one box
Two hundred and six pieces and four separate floor plans in the booklet, so the set is designed to be rebuilt rather than built. Each layout uses the same pieces arranged differently: a compact cottage, a longer one, and two variations with the roof and annexes moved.
That is the difference between this and the single-model sets. A child who finishes the first plan has three more to go without buying anything.
How the joints work
The beams have notches cut into their ends and stack corner over corner, which is the method used for log houses in the Ukrainian Carpathians. The shortest piece is 24 mm, the longest 192 mm, and all are square in section.
Nothing is glued, so a completed cottage comes apart in minutes when the next plan is wanted.
