Two storeys, a balcony and somewhere to park
Seventy-five notched pieces make a two-storey house with a balcony along one side and a garage bay at ground level, sized for a toy car rather than for decoration.
The 3+ rating is the lowest in the whole construction range, which makes this the entry point. The pieces are the same profile as the larger sets, so a child who builds this one is learning the same interlocking method they will use on a 296-piece fortress gateway later.
Why the garage changes how it is played with
A finished house is a thing to look at. A finished house with a garage is a thing to drive into, so this set tends to join the toy cars a child already owns rather than standing on its own.
That also means it comes apart more often than the display sets, since the garage opening is the first thing to get widened when a bigger car arrives.
