About this product
A dream catcher, densely worked
Two overlapping hoops, each with a woven web inside it and beads at the crossings; three roses with leaves across the top right; a fall of feathers on beaded strings hanging below, each feather drawn differently. Engraved in fine line across a pale grey-washed board, it fills the cover almost completely.
It is the most cut-intensive drawing in the range – the two webs alone are dozens of individual lines – and the opposite of our own Dream Catcher notebook, where a single hoop with a crescent moon sits in the centre with space around it.
Four open rings
Two birch boards and four rings through the left edge, no hinge and no spine. The book opens completely flat and folds back on itself, a sheet lifts out cleanly, and when the block is full the rings open and a new one goes in.
What the date line makes of it
Every page is headed with a date line and the days of the week, which turns the notebook into a diary without anyone deciding it should be one. For a dream journal, or for pages written before the day starts, that header does the tidying: date, day, and then whatever came in the night.
Paper and format
100 lined sheets of 80 g/m² paper; pencil, ballpoint and fineliner. A5, about 18.5 × 22 cm closed and 4 cm thick, about 500 g.
